REBUILT Sharples model DS705 (PM75000) Super-D-Canter Centrifuge. S/N
91-DS705-142 Stainless steel. Maximum bowl speed: 2600 RPM. With 10
degree taper beach. New Bowl Wear Liner Hogged out solid discharge ports,
adjustable liquid discharge ports, 10 in. single lead conveyor with New
carbide Tiles on the taper & first 2 ½ flights of the cylindrical section,
stellite hard surfacing on the remaining Quasi-Axial flights. A
Reconditioned 95:1 Gearbox shall be supplied.
All supporting equipment is in “as is” condition. The Lube System and
motors are stored indoors and were working when they were pulled out of
service. No controls supplied.
An “as is” 250HP Drive Motor and 100HP DC Backdrive motor are with the
unit. The unit is set up for polymer feed with a two piece feed tube.
Rotating Assembly can be test run in our facility in front of your
representative, prior to shipping.
